Thank you for your interest in the Pre-Pharmacy Scholars Program, through the Medical College of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy! Please complete this short interest form so we can contact you with further program details.

The deadline to apply is Thursday, April 30, 2026.
Please note:
This program is open to high school and college students. To participate, you are required to attend a the three-day boot camp (in person) at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee (near Wauwatosa).

Boot Camp Details:
- Monday, August 3 - Wednesday, August 5, 2026
  - Daily Check-In at 8:30 a.m.
  - Programming from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Address: 8701 Watertown Plank Rd. Milwaukee, WI 53226

Additional Details:

There is no cost to attend.
Scholars must have their own transportation to the MCW campus - transportation assistance is not available.
Meals and snacks will be provided.
